What you will do

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to the Co-CEOs and Executive Team on M&A, financing, and market expansion.
• Own the identification, prioritization, and management of legal and regulatory risks across all operating markets.
• Lead and scale the existing legal team, focusing on mentorship and professional development.
• Implement modern legal tooling and AI solutions to increase operational efficiency and leverage.
• Oversee the full legal spectrum including IP, corporate governance, employment, and commercial contracts.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, with significant in-house experience at a fast-moving company.
• Demonstrated experience leading a legal team, including hiring and development.
• Solid grounding in corporate law with hands-on experience in M&A or financing rounds.
• Experience in a technology company or complex digital product environment.
• Pragmatic interest in AI and legal technology to drive scalability.
• Legal qualification, ideally in German law; additional experience in US law is a plus.
