hirify.global is recruiting for an established Canadian dry beverage manufacturing company specializing in innovative powders and mixes.

What you will do

• Manage financial data using QuickBooks Online and support the transition to NetSuite ERP.
• Process vendor and customer invoices to ensure efficient cash flow management.
• Coordinate with external accounting firms for GST/HST filings, payroll compliance, and year-end reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reconciliations and analyses for business planning.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting Canadian businesses in manufacturing or F&B.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online; NetSuite experience is a significant asset.
• Knowledge of Canadian bookkeeping practices, including GST/HST and payroll remittances.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time Zone (PT).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
