What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to Business Unit leadership regarding risk profiles and associated challenges.
• Collaborate with Technology Risk and other TROs to maintain consistent and transparent risk management.
• Identify and escalate risks with broader organizational impact to appropriate oversight groups.
• Define and influence strategies for driving compliance and achieving agreed risk reduction efforts.
• Analyze metrics and programs to ensure a detailed understanding of risk performance.
• Guide team members during internal and external audit engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of experience successfully driving projects.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple disciplines and building consensus across organizational lines.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed project plans including milestones and resources.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Atlassian Jira products.

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
• Technical grounding in application development and/or technology infrastructure.
