What you will do

• Exercise management control over RVI operations, personnel, and equipment.
• Oversee quality, safety, and financial performance within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Manage customer relations, including setting up inspections and professional follow-up.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and maintain operational reports.
• Manage hiring and termination of personnel subject to upper management approval.
• Act as a professional point of contact for customers, vendors, and site personnel.

Requirements

• Must be a "U.S. Person" (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident/green card holder, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR export controls.
• 5-10 years of experience performing Remote Visual Inspection (RVI).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and pass a drug screen.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• Capacity to work shifts up to 12 hours/day and travel for extended periods.
