What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered features across backend inference services and hirify.global Cloud surfaces.
• Create robust, scalable APIs connecting hirify.global capabilities with AI/ML inference systems and internal/external AI services.
• Implement and maintain integrations with the AI/ML ecosystem and relevant standards.
• Integrate models into production systems with monitoring, versioning, observability, and evaluation.
• Participate in daytime oncall rotation.
• Build developer tools, SDKs, and documentation to help users leverage hirify.global’s AI/ML capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (remote).
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
• Backend development experience in TypeScript or Python, with a focus on API design and service architecture.
• Strong ownership to drive features from concept to production with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying AI/ML models in production, including inference APIs and vector databases.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
• Understanding of database systems and data processing pipelines, with hirify.global experience as a plus.
