What you will do

• Define and uphold standards for data-driven decision-making across all marketing strategies.
• Lead the execution of marketing analytics projects to translate raw data into growth opportunities.
• Hire, onboard, and mentor a squad of high-performing analysts, fostering a culture of technical mastery.
• Collaborate with leaders in PPC, SEO, Affiliates, and Influencers to align analytical roadmaps.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle, from refining requirements to prioritizing the high-impact backlog.
• Iterate on team workflows and integrate AI or other emerging technologies into the analytics playbook.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, and leading technical teams to peak performance.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and marketing attribution concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (specifically Tableau).
• Track record of translating complex data into impactful business decisions.
• Experience in stakeholder management across various seniority levels.
