What you will do

  • Write and edit SEO-optimized sports articles, headlines, and captions to drive discovery and page views.
  • Manage content presentation and video publishing on the Golf Channel and USA Sports homepages and apps.
  • Plan coverage strategies for key sporting properties and tentpole events to coordinate linear broadcasts and digital teams.
  • Create and publish tournament-related news and original editorial content across multiple sports genres.
  • Assist in the ideation and execution of sponsored and sales-driven content.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategy and increase engagement.

Requirements

  • Work location: Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT.
  • Legal: Must have valid work authorization for the United States.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital editorial or content creation at a sports or media company.
  • BA or BS degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms, SEO basics, and analytics dashboards.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to cover breaking news.

  • Demonstrated deep knowledge and strong interest in golf leagues and events.
