What you will do

• Build and update content in Sitecore using pre-built and custom components based on designs and copy decks.
• Execute end-to-end publishing workflows, including content entry, personalization, versioning, and scheduling.
• Prepare content for review, approval, and final publishing.
• Identify and resolve CMS errors, such as broken links, formatting issues, and missing assets.
• Maintain accurate status updates for all assigned pages and content tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in a CMS or building web content.
• Experience formatting digital content for readability, usability, and consistency.
• Ability to accurately follow templates, standards, and publishing guidelines.
• Strong collaboration skills with Content, UX, QA, and Project Management teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.

Nice to have

• Experience with employee intranets, enterprise portals, or large corporate websites.
• Experience with personalization, metadata, taxonomy, tagging, and content archiving.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA).
