What you will do

• Research, create, and revise high-quality content according to specified deadlines.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Content Marketing Strategists to meet client expectations and goals.
• Adhere to specific client checklists for style, structure, and organization.
• Follow specific processes for formatting, SEO optimization, sourcing, and content submission.
• Attend project, client, and team meetings virtually.
• Track weekly writing and editing production work using the in-house project management system.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional writing experience, including travel writing experience.
• A related degree, such as English or Journalism.
• Extensive experience with travel and cruising.
• Experience with ocean and river cruises.
• Experience with different levels of cruising, including luxury.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with extreme attention to detail.
• Comprehensive understanding of SEO and best practices for branded writing.
• Strong, efficient research abilities and the ability to quickly learn, understand, and write about complex subjects.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.
• A creative approach to client briefs and content marketing goals.
• Strong videoconferencing presence for client meetings.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with other team members in a fully remote environment.
