What you will do

• Brainstorm and execute real-time reactionary social content focusing on NFL and sports culture.
• Create static graphics, motion graphics, memes, and short-form video edits.
• Collaborate with the gametime social team for rapid content creation during live events.
• Monitor trending storylines and social formats to identify engagement opportunities.
• Analyze content performance to refine and optimize social formats.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, humor, and social-first formats.
• Extensive knowledge of sports culture and storylines, especially the NFL.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including one 8-hour weekend shift per week
• Portfolio of work samples required.
