Location: Remote (Continental United States). Preference for candidates located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex or Portland, Oregon.

What you will do

• Partner with product and technical teams to refine positioning and develop narratives that differentiate the brand.
• Write and optimize copy for website pages, thought leadership articles, sales assets, and technical playbooks.
• Manage and direct AI writing agents and LLM tools to scale content without sacrificing brand voice or accuracy.
• Tailor messaging for ICPs including IT Directors, CISOs, and network security professionals.
• Develop substantial evergreen assets such as migration guides, configuration templates, and whitepapers.

Requirements

• Proven professional copywriting experience for cybersecurity and network security products.
• Deep understanding of VPNs, Zero Trust architecture, SD-WAN, network segmentation, and identity-based access.
• Hands-on experience directing AI writing tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) as force multipliers.
• Ability to optimize content for both traditional SEO and AI-driven search models.
• Must be located in the continental United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the asynchronous environment of a high-growth SaaS company.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Japanese, or Korean.
