Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum

What you will do

• Own end-to-end PMI delivery from deal close through to full operational alignment and stabilization.
• Lead multiple concurrent integrations across diverse functions including Ops, Finance, HR, and IT.
• Establish PMO governance, maintaining integration plans, RAID logs, and critical path reporting.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, functional teams, and acquired businesses.
• Track and ensure the delivery of synergy realization and value creation targets.
• Continuously refine and develop integration playbooks to improve speed and quality.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in M&A/transformation management consulting or PMI delivery.
• Proven track record of leading complex, end-to-end integration programmes.
• Experience working within PE-backed, high-growth, or multi-entity environments.
• Ability to pivot between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in Exec/Board-level exposure.
• Commercial mindset with a strict focus on value creation and outcomes.
