What you will do

• Manage the full bid lifecycle across RFPs, RFQs, and re-tenders.
• Develop winning strategies aligned to client needs and evaluation criteria.
• Produce high-quality written proposals, presentations, and pitch content.
• Coordinate input from senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Manage bid timelines, governance, and submission processes.
• Leverage AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and quality within the bid process.

Requirements

• Proven experience within bid or proposal management.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end tender processes.
• Experience working on complex bids within professional services or consultancy environments.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be located in or able to commute to London, Edinburgh, or Glasgow.
