Regional ICT Infrastructure Support Specialist

Location: Budapest, Hungary or Bucharest, Romania; regular travel approximately once a month and on-site infrastructure support required.

What you will do

• Maintain business continuity, secure environments, reliable local networks, and ICT systems across regional sites.
• Support country management teams and end users with ICT solutions, training, PC services, and incident resolution.
• Manage ICT assets, migrations, hardware and software upgrades, replacements, and infrastructure budgets.
• Monitor WAN connectivity and performance while coordinating issue resolution with service providers, headquarters, and local teams.
• Coordinate regional Active Directory and security systems, backups, monitoring, and local ICT operations.
• Lead or support network migrations, acquisitions, office or factory extensions, and other local ICT projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar ICT infrastructure support position.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel approximately once a month.
• Valid driver's license.
• Supportive, service-oriented, and problem-solving approach.
• Experience with Cisco networking, HP server and storage infrastructure, Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server, VMware ESX, Entra, Intune, Azure, and video conferencing equipment.
