Regional ICT Infrastructure Support Specialist

Location: Budapest, Hungary or Bucharest, Romania; willingness to travel approximately once a month is required.

What you will do

• Maintain business continuity, secure environments, and reliable ICT infrastructure across regional sites.
• Support country management teams and end users with ICT solutions, training, troubleshooting, and PC service delivery.
• Manage ICT assets, migrations, hardware and software upgrades, local moves, acquisitions, and office or factory extensions.
• Monitor WAN connectivity and performance, coordinate with service providers and HQ, and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Oversee local ICT operations, including backups, system and network monitoring, Active Directory, and security systems.
• Manage incidents through a ticketing system and perform on-site diagnosis, repairs, installations, and equipment moves.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar ICT infrastructure position.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel approximately once a month.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Supportive and problem-solving attitude.
• Experience with Cisco networking, HP server and storage infrastructure, Microsoft on-premises and cloud technologies, VMware ESX, and video conferencing equipment.
