Location: On-site (Traveling Show). Requires 100% travel for 7 to 11 months of the year.

What you will do

• Oversee tour sales teams to ensure policy compliance and high-quality guest service.
• Manage merchandise and food location setups, including pricing, display, and sanitation checks.
• Maintain personnel files, coordinate security ID badges, and manage staff uniforms.
• Coach and mentor staff during show concourse operations to uphold company standards.
• Assist with tour load-in and load-out processes, including movement of stock and equipment.
• Coordinate nightly inventory settlements and oversee compliance of agency vendors.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Background in Sales or Retail Sales preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license and Valid Passport for domestic and international travel.
• Ability and willingness to travel 90-100% of the time (7 to 11 months per year).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer programs.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs.
