What you will do

• Manage daily retail and food service operations, sales teams, and equipment maintenance during traveling tours.
• Coordinate the transportation of inventory and equipment, including maintaining carnet information for international travel.
• Oversee staff hotel accommodations, room assignments, and policy enforcement.
• Manage procurement of local commodities, conduct inventory audits, and handle vendor invoicing.
• Supervise concourse sales to ensure a 5-star customer experience and adherence to merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation protocols, health guidelines, and safety mitigation procedures.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of retail or food management experience.
• Valid Driver's license and Passport for domestic and international travel.
• Ability and willingness to travel 90-100% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.
