What you will do

• Supervise the production line and support team members in following standard operating procedures safely.
• Manage product quality standards through line checks and corrective actions on non-conforming products.
• Lead health and safety efforts, identifying hazards and facilitating toolbox talks.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and maximize line uptime.
• Implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities across the plant.
• Develop and mentor line operators by sharing product and process knowledge.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes within a production environment.
• Experience guiding or supporting other staff members on the shop floor.
• Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to work closely with maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Unwavering focus on safety and quality standards.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Stirling, GB.
