What you will do

  • Build and maintain canonical data products including ARR, pipeline, account health, and renewal tracking.
  • Define and document GTM metric standards to ensure organizational consistency.
  • Serve as the dedicated analytical partner for Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Ops leadership.
  • Develop self-service tools and context layers to enable independent data exploration across GTM teams.
  • Connect CRM, product usage, and billing data to provide a holistic view of the customer journey.
  • Integrate AI tools into analytical workflows to increase output and depth of insight.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in analytics with a focus on Sales, Customer Success, or GTM Ops.
  • Proven ability to build data models and BI layers from scratch.
  • Experience working in a PLG or usage-based business model.
  • Strong technical proficiency in connecting disparate data sources into coherent business outputs.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using LLMs and AI tooling to accelerate analytical processes.
