What you will do

• Frame ambiguous business problems into structured analytical questions and define strategic approaches.
• Lead the design and delivery of high-impact, statistically sound analyses and decision-ready outputs.
• Build scalable, reusable analytical datasets and dashboards to support cross-team decision-making.
• Improve analytical modelling practices to ensure consistency and alignment with business logic.
• Coach and provide feedback to other analysts to elevate team capabilities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align analytical work with strategic goals.

Requirements

• Significant experience in data analytics with a track record of high-quality insights and modelling.
• Strong SQL skills for building reliable analytical datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for advanced analysis.
• Experience with Databricks or similar analytical platforms.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, uncertainty, and A/B testing.
• Must be based in the UK or able to work in a hybrid setup in Nottingham

Nice to have

• Experience in customer service, retail energy, or SaaS environments.
• Understanding of data engineering concepts and upstream data dependencies.
