What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end integration process for assigned operators and partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and compliance to maximize revenue and ROI.
• Optimize onboarding workflows to reduce time-to-market.
• Coordinate integration tasks and project timelines across cross-functional teams.
• Identify and report potential upsell opportunities to the commercial team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in coordinating end-to-end partner or operator integrations.
• Strong communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance and timely delivery.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and operational excellence.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with API or platform integrations.
• Background in SaaS, iGaming, fintech, or tech partnerships.
• Familiarity with Agile or project management tools.
