What you will do

  • Create and maintain critical account plans, documents, and software maintenance audits to ensure accurate billing.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the CSM team and internal departments, including product management and engineering.
  • Drive product adoption and customer retention while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead regular System Business Reviews (SBR) and Business Partner Meetings to demonstrate value to customers.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify operational risks to recommend system improvements.
  • Support professional and education services teams in scoping new opportunities and identifying training needs.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in post-sales or professional services within enterprise and cloud software environments.
  • Experience developing product use cases and driving continuous product value for customers.
  • Must be based in Vancouver, Canada.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% based on business needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced multitasking environment.
