What you will do
- Evolve brand and product marketing strategy to ensure campaigns ladder up to long-term business growth.
- Take full ownership of key initiatives from go-to-market strategy through to campaign delivery and execution.
- Lead channel strategy and budget allocation across ATL, social, PR, and partnerships to maximize return.
- Build differentiated value propositions grounded in customer insight and commercial opportunity.
- Create repeatable processes to improve speed, alignment, and executional quality across marketing campaigns.
- Define success metrics and monitor performance to continuously refine strategy and execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, growth, or strategy roles.
- Strong understanding of how marketing drives growth, efficiency, and business performance.
- Proven track record of leading initiatives and delivering results in fast-moving environments.
- Analytical mindset with experience in defining KPIs and measuring multi-channel effectiveness.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring structure to complex challenges.
- Excellent collaboration skills to build trust across cross-functional teams.
