What you will do

  • Evolve brand and product marketing strategy to ensure campaigns ladder up to long-term business growth.
  • Take full ownership of key initiatives from go-to-market strategy through to campaign delivery and execution.
  • Lead channel strategy and budget allocation across ATL, social, PR, and partnerships to maximize return.
  • Build differentiated value propositions grounded in customer insight and commercial opportunity.
  • Create repeatable processes to improve speed, alignment, and executional quality across marketing campaigns.
  • Define success metrics and monitor performance to continuously refine strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, growth, or strategy roles.
  • Strong understanding of how marketing drives growth, efficiency, and business performance.
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives and delivering results in fast-moving environments.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in defining KPIs and measuring multi-channel effectiveness.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring structure to complex challenges.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to build trust across cross-functional teams.
