What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and ongoing adoption of hirify.global spend management solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for product improvements.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential churn risks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to finance teams, helping them optimize their spend management processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Tunis.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
