TL;DR
Technical Support Engineer (DevSecOps): Providing expert technical assistance to developers and security teams for a supply chain security platform with an accent on troubleshooting complex integration issues and API workflows. Focus on building documentation, optimizing support processes, and acting as the primary technical point of contact for EMEA customers.
Location: Must be based in Europe (EMEA hours: 8am to 5pm CET/EET)
Salary: PLN 19,000 – PLN 22,000 per month

What you will do
- Own inbound support tickets during EMEA hours, ensuring resolution and meeting SLA targets.
- Troubleshoot integration issues across CLI, API, and CI/CD pipelines by analyzing logs and payloads.
- Escalate complex issues to Engineering with detailed reproduction steps and environment data.
- Explain scan results, manifest files, and dependency risks to technical stakeholders.
- Create and maintain support resources, including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and macros.
- Identify recurring patterns in support tickets to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or TAM roles at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proficiency in reading and writing basic Python or JavaScript scripts.
- Strong understanding of developer workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and build processes.
- Ability to read JSON payloads, parse stack traces, and understand lockfiles.
- Excellent written English for async communication.
- Must be available during European business hours (8am to 5pm CET/EET).
Nice to have
- Experience with security tools like SCA, CVEs, or SBOM.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
- Exposure to open-source ecosystems (npm, PyPI, Maven) or CI tooling like GitHub Actions.
