Location: Must be based in Georgia, Poland, or Serbia

What you will do

  • Process, classify, and perform initial analysis of incoming requests in Jira Service Desk.
  • Provide first-line operational support for project systems and configurations.
  • Review and make basic updates to configuration files using GitLab.
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and Risk teams to resolve incidents.
  • Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation.
  • Prioritize tasks based on business risk and requirements.

Requirements

  • Higher or incomplete higher education, preferably in a technical field.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Datadog, Grafana, Sentry, or ELK/Kibana.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Working proficiency in English.
  • Working proficiency in Russian.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with APIs.
