TL;DR
Customer Technical Solution Engineer (IoT): Managing and resolving complex technical issues for enterprise B2B healthcare customers with an accent on network infrastructure and IoT device behavior. Focus on diagnosing VLAN/DHCP/DNS failures, supporting field deployments, and bridging the gap between hospital IT teams and internal engineering.
Location: Hybrid — Kraków office, 3 days/week onsite. Occasional travel to EU customer sites is required.

What you will do
- Act as the primary technical contact for enterprise B2B customers, managing issues from triage to verified closure.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network infrastructure failures involving VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and firewall rules.
- Provide real-time remote and occasional on-site technical support for Professional Services during customer deployments.
- Develop runbooks and knowledge base articles using AI tools to reduce recurring technical issues.
- Collaborate with engineering by providing precise reproduction steps, network diagrams, and log captures.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for priority incidents.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions/Field/Technical Account Engineer) supporting B2B customers.
- Hands-on expertise in enterprise networking (Cisco, Aruba) and troubleshooting IoT hardware in production.
- Proven ability to lead technical conversations with IT directors and network administrators.
- Experience with Zendesk or equivalent ticketing systems and SLA ownership.
- Basic scripting skills (Python/Bash) and proficiency in reading logs and dashboards.
- English: Strong written and verbal proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience with BLE, RTLS, or IoT deployments in healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with SSO/IdP (Okta, Azure AD), REST APIs, and Postman.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana or Kibana.
- Awareness of HIPAA compliance in software and data contexts.
