What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Experts.
- Oversee the Chinese-speaking book of business, ensuring customer health and retention.
- Monitor churn risks, adoption, and overall account performance.
- Support the team with complex, high-value, or at-risk customer accounts.
- Drive consistency in customer communication, account planning, and QBRs.
- Share customer insights, trends, and feedback with the broader Customer Success team.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Chinese required.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching others.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and customer success best practices.
- Ability to work with data and make data-informed decisions.
- Must be based in Lithuania or Poland.
