What you will do

• Provide technical support for internal teams, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of devices and software.
• Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes, including access permissions and hardware allocation.
• Maintain the IT help tracking system to ensure requests are documented and resolved promptly.
• Develop and improve technology tools and automation workflows using Monday.com.
• Ensure company devices are secured against threats and manage data backup processes for business continuity.
• Track hardware inventory and assist with special technology rollouts and system enhancements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, technical coordination, or systems administration.
• Strong aptitude for troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity in macOS and Google Suite environments.
• Familiarity with data backup, security protocols, and antivirus management.
• Experience using ticketing systems or help desk tracking tools.
• Knowledge of cloud-based systems such as Google Workspace, Monday.com, or AWS.
• Must be based in Tempe, Arizona to handle hardware and device management
