Location: Hybrid in Paris

What you will do

  • Translate complex business problems into scalable hirify.global models using AI agents and advanced logic.
  • Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents tailored to customer workflows and decision-making processes.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to design AI-driven solutions and drive adoption.
  • Develop prototypes and experimental AI use cases to solve emerging customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into clear specifications.
  • Train users and teams on modeling best practices and scalable system design.

Requirements

  • Engineering or Computer Science degree from a top-tier institution.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical client-facing roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
  • Strong analytical skills in data modeling, AI/ML concepts, and business logic design.
  • Proficiency in formulas, logic, and structured modeling.
  • English fluency is required.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Paris.

Nice to have

  • Background in FP&A, financial modeling, or business planning workflows.
  • Prior experience with hirify.global or similar planning platforms.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
