What you will do

• Provide technical leadership during requirements gathering, design, bring-up, development, and integration phases.
• Contribute hands-on to the development of assigned projects alongside software and hardware teams.
• Define, document, and present system architectures tailored to customer needs and stakeholder visions.
• Support project managers and sales with resource estimation and scheduling during the quotation process.
• Collaborate with software management on strategic initiatives, competence development, and business growth.
• Establish and maintain relationships with core technology partners and platform providers.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Android AOSP with a proven track record of bring-ups on Qualcomm chipsets.
• Hands-on experience with BSP (Board Support Package) integration and device tree configuration.
• Strong proficiency with Qualcomm tools and frameworks.
• Experience collaborating closely with customers to deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work from Lund, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with embedded OS and development (e.g., FreeRTOS, Yocto Linux, SiLabs, Nordic, ST).
• Experience with multimedia systems, specifically audio and camera technologies.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning algorithms, computer vision, and object detection.
• Strong leadership skills and a natural curiosity for new technical challenges.
