What you will do

• Lead the technical strategy for strategic Greenfield accounts within the Nordics region.
• Act as a trusted advisor to VP and C-level executives, driving alignment during high-tension negotiations.
• Design and implement complex data solutions that span multiple systems, teams, and stakeholders.
• Abstract technical learnings into reusable patterns and guidance for the broader hirify.global community.
• Drive product adoption by delivering measurable business outcomes beyond initial proofs of concept.
• Mentor junior and professional Solutions Architects on technical discovery and use-case prioritization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical and client-facing roles.
• Deep expertise across Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and GenAI.
• Must be based in Sweden or Denmark.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across evolving goals.
• Experienced architect capable of solving high-complexity, multi-account architectural challenges.
• Ability to execute through ambiguity and identify emerging risks early.
