What you will do
- Provide architectural guidance and support to development teams and product managers.
- Ensure all initiatives align with the overall technical vision and established guidelines.
- Participate in design reviews and pre-solution work for new initiatives.
- Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and scalability issues.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to align solutions with integration and data storage standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members as a technology leader.
Requirements
- Must be based in Athens
- Demonstrated expertise in building applications at scale.
- Strong experience with microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in RESTful service design and best practices.
- Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL datastores.
- Experience with architectural patterns for high availability, performance, and security.
