What you will do

• Provide architectural guidance and support to development teams and product managers.
• Ensure all initiatives align with the overall technical vision and established guidelines.
• Participate in design reviews and pre-solution work for new initiatives.
• Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and scalability issues.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align solutions with integration and data storage standards.
• Mentor and guide junior team members as a technology leader.

Requirements

• Must be based in Athens
• Demonstrated expertise in building applications at scale.
• Strong experience with microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in RESTful service design and best practices.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL datastores.
• Experience with architectural patterns for high availability, performance, and security.
