What you will do

• Design optimal platform architecture for customer products within the automotive sector.
• Develop Android-based e-Cockpit solutions for a leading automotive Tier 1 company.
• Evaluate and drive architectural solutions across the entire Android platform.
• Handle diverse architecture topics at the Android level.
• Collaborate with the Platform architecture team and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Android Framework architecture.
• Deep understanding of the full Android stack, including the Linux kernel and the Android ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Android subsystems such as Audio, Camera, and Display.
• Experience with hypervisor-based multi-VM solutions and inter-VM communication.
• Hands-on development experience in Android native services or Linux user space using C/C++.
• Fluent English proficiency and availability to work across various time zones, especially the US East Coast (+6h).

Nice to have

• Experience in Automotive projects across the entire lifecycle from design to manufacturing.
• Knowledge of hypervisor configuration or shared device drivers using virtio.
• Experience with Linux drivers, Android BSP, Device Tree configuration, or RTOS development.
