What you will do
- Lead the design and delivery of Equity Release and Personal Advice propositions, ensuring alignment with Group strategy.
- Develop robust advice guidance, policies, and centralised frameworks (including CIP, CRP, and COBS 9C).
- Chair governance forums such as the Product Proposition Committee and contribute to the Investment Committee.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and evolve propositions and policies.
- Provide strategic input into product strategy, adviser capability scaling, and the utilization of third-party tooling.
- Manage the transition and integration of the advice business into the Royal London model.
Requirements
- 5+ years of senior-level experience working in a regulated environment.
- Proven expertise in proposition development and close collaboration with product management and design.
- Technical proficiency in FCA rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be currently located in the UK and possess full rights to work in the UK.
Nice to have
- Chartered Financial Planner status.
- Experience in Later Life Lending Advice.
