• Design product propositions shifting from traditional protection to recovery, prevention, and long-term wellbeing.

• Translate complex concepts into compelling insights to influence strategic decisions for senior leaders.

Requirements

• Deep experience in life insurance or financial services.
• Strong expertise in underwriting and product thinking.
• Proven ability to develop propositions across retail and direct channels.
• Commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions in ambiguity.
• Experience building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders and industry partners.
