TL;DR

Core Product Lead (Infrastructure): Owning the product strategy for the Core division (Postgres, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, and Realtime) with an accent on cross-product prioritization and team leadership. Focus on scaling developer infrastructure, coaching a team of PMs, and aligning technical roadmaps with business goals.

hirify.global is an open-source-first platform providing an integrated data layer for AI-native applications based on Postgres.

What you will do

  • Manage and develop the Core PM team across Platform, Databases, Auth, Storage, Functions, and Realtime.
  • Define and defend the product strategy for the Core division for the next 12–18 months.
  • Make critical cross-product prioritization decisions to ensure cohesive development across surfaces.
  • Coach PMs on craft, focusing on problem definition, success metrics, and written communication.
  • Represent the Core division in leadership meetings, board reviews, and customer escalations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing product managers, ideally at the Director level or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of product management experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or an ex-founder background.
  • Proven track record of shipping products in the Postgres, database, or developer-infrastructure space.
  • Strong technical ability to engage in architecture and design discussions for distributed systems.
  • Ability to work async-by-default and communicate effectively through written artifacts.
  • Must be able to work globally in a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with open-source go-to-market strategies where product and community reinforce each other.
