Salary: $184,100 – $263,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional Activation and Expansion pods, managing execution with embedded engineering, UX design, and analytics.
- Reimagine global workspace initialization and onboarding journeys to eliminate drop-offs and accelerate time-to-value.
- Deploy behavioral frameworks, including contextual hints and in-app triggers, to guide users through developer workflows.
- Architect the Product Attach Map by designing global navigation and discovery routes to drive multi-product adoption.
- Operationalize new self-serve purchasable paths for specialized portfolios, such as AI and Security features.
- Drive key SaaS growth metrics, specifically self-serve active use conversion, Net Expansion Rate (NDR), and Gross Dollar Retention (GDR).
Requirements
- Strong background in software product management with a dedicated focus on Product-Led Growth (PLG) and self-serve monetization.
- Proven track record of personally improving metrics such as GDR, NDR, Trial-to-Paid velocity, or Activation Rates.
- Advanced experience with product analytics tools and running clean experimentation frameworks.
- Technical familiarity with developer ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, or multi-product software platforms.
- Must be based in Canada or the United States.
