Creator Solutions Intern

Location: Cape Town, South Africa; six-month hybrid internship

hirify.global operates a commerce partnership marketing platform that helps brands manage affiliate, creator, and customer advocacy partnerships.

What you will do

• Support creator marketing campaigns from creator casting through final performance reporting.
• Join client kick-off calls, document action items and recap notes, and provide proactive client support.
• Communicate with creators and support negotiations on payments and campaign terms alongside Senior Managers.
• Help select partner recommendations for client programs across fashion, parenting, food, and technology.
• Provide service and guidance to clients and creators throughout campaign execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in creator, digital, or performance marketing.
• Foundational knowledge of the creator lifecycle, including casting, budgeting, negotiation, contracting, content fulfillment oversight, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve.

Nice to have

• Previous agency experience or knowledge of creator rates.
• Completion of the Getting Started with Influencer Partnerships Certification; completion must be mentioned in the cover letter.
