What you will do

• Own the runtime, build, deployment, and developer experience for a platform supporting 200+ micro-frontends.
• Evolve the micro-frontend architecture to improve composition, isolation, and shared dependency strategies.
• Drive technical projects from ideation to production, breaking down ambiguous problems into clear technical plans.
• Champion engineering excellence by raising code quality and implementing platform-wide improvements.
• Integrate and utilize AI coding tools to increase engineering productivity and quality.
• Balance short-term feature delivery with the long-term health and maintainability of the platform.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in building production frontend applications using TypeScript and React.
• Solid backend knowledge with experience operating Node.js services supporting frontend infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of frontend build tools, bundlers, and module systems.
• Track record of diagnosing and resolving complex performance and reliability issues in large codebases.
• Experience driving technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills, including experience writing RFCs or ADRs.

Nice to have

• Experience with micro-frontends architecture and frontend platform engineering.
• Experience building shared component libraries used by multiple product teams.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for frontend workloads.
• Interest or experience in observability and reliability (SRE).
