What you will do

• Lead the development of complex, high-quality frontend applications and architectures.
• Modernize legacy UI codebases by migrating them to React.
• Implement and maintain structured processes and quality gates for the frontend codebase.
• Collaborate with end users to define and enhance user experiences.
• Oversee toolchain maintenance and test environment improvements.
• Mentor fellow engineers and drive team-wide best practices.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required
• Proven experience as a developer with a strong focus on React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated ability to improve UI codebases through patterns and guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Mannheim.
