What you will do

  • Lead the Frontend Center of Excellence to establish standards for AI-native software development.
  • Harden the frontend platform foundation, including monorepo structure and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Partner with Product Design to build a token-driven, composable component library from scratch.
  • Design self-service infrastructure like preview environments and isolated workspaces for product teams.
  • Engineer the LLM context layer to ensure AI coding tools have high-fidelity system boundaries.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of scaling shared frontend platforms across distributed teams.
  • Deep technical expertise in TypeScript and modern frontend architectures like Vite, Turborepo, or Nx.
  • Experience with component-driven API design and headless UI primitives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of platform ownership, including bundle-size management and zero-downtime upgrades.
