What you will do

• Advise local management and business leaders on HR strategy and the development of local policies.
• Manage personnel development, training, assessments, and recruitment processes.
• Oversee the administration of employment contracts for the local entity.
• Develop and monitor HR KPIs and reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and modify local HR procedures.
• Collaborate with the VP of Global HR to implement and strengthen global initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• Experience in a similar role within a global or multinational company.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work from Geldrop, NL.
• Availability for business travel, primarily within Europe.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
