What you will do

• Lead and coach an international PBP team across the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, and Germany.
• Act as the dedicated PBP for Dutch Pipeline teams, Operations, and People departments.
• Reinforce and scale HR policies and processes to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
• Own the annual performance and succession planning cycle (The Pitstop).
• Partner with the People Director to shape the Learning & Development agenda and facilitate training.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align people strategy with business goals and team effectiveness.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in People Business Partnering.
• 3+ years of experience successfully leading and developing a team.
• Deep knowledge of Dutch labor law.
• Experience working in rapidly growing companies.
• Fluent in English; speaking Dutch is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to navigate legal and cultural complexities in multi-market environments.
