Associate Data Analyst (ESG)

Associate Data Analyst (SQL/Python/Power BI): Creating impactful data products and visual insights for environmental disclosure with an accent on cloud-based pipelines and data quality. Focus on building dashboards in Power BI, developing scripts in PySpark, and delivering ad-hoc analytics for global stakeholders.

Location: London, UK. Must be based in or within commutable distance of the London office and eligible to work legally in the UK (no sponsorship provided). Hybrid: 2 days per week in office.

Salary: £27,265 - £34,082 per year

What you will do

• Create impactful data products, visuals, and insights using Power BI.
• Develop cloud-based scripts and pipelines using SQL, PySpark, and Azure Synapse Notebooks.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data feeding into metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Review work carried out by other data analysts.
• Deliver insights and data extracts via ad-hoc service tickets.
• Contribute user stories to the project backlog and delivery plans.

Requirements

• Experience with applied data analytics or data science, including metrics and data products.
• Strong coding capabilities in SQL, Python, PySpark, and Notebooks.
• Applied experience developing dashboards with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience with cloud computing in Azure Synapse or similar platforms.
• Capability to work collaboratively with Git and DevOps.
• English: Excellent communication skills required.
