Salary: £62,500 — £73,389 GBP (UK), €57,000 — €65,300 EUR (Spain), 1,191,500 — 1,402,000 CZK (Czechia)

What you will do
- Own and improve data pipelines and infrastructure supporting Pigment forecasting and budgeting.
- Build and shape the people data domain, including models and governance patterns.
- Translate complex business needs into practical technical roadmaps.
- Partner with senior finance stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions instead of one-off fixes.
- Balance operational needs with long-term platform quality and maintainability.
- Drive initiatives for SOX compliance and IPO readiness within the data environment.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom, Spain, or Czechia.
- Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines and analytics infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on capability with Databricks, SQL, and Python.
- Track record of working with senior non-technical stakeholders and explaining technical trade-offs.
- Experience operating in scale-ups or high-growth environments.
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to connect technical work to business outcomes.
Nice to have
- FP&A, finance, or wider business planning experience.
- Experience with systems connected to forecasting, budgeting, or financial reporting.
- Experience bringing order, governance, and sustainability to maturing environments.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve problem-solving and productivity.
