What you will do

• Own and improve data pipelines and infrastructure supporting Pigment forecasting and budgeting.
• Build and shape the people data domain, including models and governance patterns.
• Translate complex business needs into practical technical roadmaps.
• Partner with senior finance stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions instead of one-off fixes.
• Balance operational needs with long-term platform quality and maintainability.
• Drive initiatives for SOX compliance and IPO readiness within the data environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom, Spain, or Czechia.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines and analytics infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on capability with Databricks, SQL, and Python.
• Track record of working with senior non-technical stakeholders and explaining technical trade-offs.
• Experience operating in scale-ups or high-growth environments.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to connect technical work to business outcomes.

Nice to have

• FP&A, finance, or wider business planning experience.
• Experience with systems connected to forecasting, budgeting, or financial reporting.
• Experience bringing order, governance, and sustainability to maturing environments.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve problem-solving and productivity.
