What you will do

• Drive the development and launch of agentic AI products from concept to market readiness.
• Develop and own the product roadmap, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
• Engage deeply with customers to translate insights into product features that deliver measurable value.
• Partner with engineering, design, and program management to execute product strategy.
• Collaborate with GTM and Sales teams to ensure product positioning and messaging align with business goals.
• Track product metrics and iterate on features to drive improvements in satisfaction and adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven success in leading 0-to-1 product launches and scaling early-stage products.
• Experience with AI, automation, or SaaS platforms.
• Experience managing the maturation of platforms that support machine learning or automation at scale.
• Proficiency with agile development practices, methodologies, and data analytics tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
