What you will do

• Act as a strategic co-pilot for WW Commercial and Operations leadership, providing data-driven strategic recommendations.
• Lead deep-dive analyses into customer margins, pricing elasticity, and operational efficiency to unlock profitability.
• Own the financial modeling and storytelling for new investment proposals and commercial initiatives.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles and take full ownership of Domain P&Ls and regional OpEx.
• Design and maintain sophisticated KPI dashboards for real-time visibility into regional performance.
• Collaborate with Group FP&A and Data Analytics teams to automate finance processes and improve reporting tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance.
• Proven track record in FinTech, Payments, or high-growth Tech sectors.
• Advanced Excel skills and mastery of financial modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong ability to explain complex financial models to non-finance stakeholders.
• Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid work.
