Location: Hybrid in New York, NY (may telecommute once a week)

What you will do

  • Act as a key finance partner to GTM teams, delivering BI and actionable insights for operational efficiency and growth.
  • Lead the annual sales budgeting process and provide ongoing analytics regarding goal progress.
  • Support the development and execution of monthly sales commission processes.
  • Own the development and maintenance of company-wide KPI dashboards to support a data-driven culture.
  • Manage regular and ad-hoc FP&A deliverables, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation.
  • Collaborate with broader finance teams on forecasting and internal reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.
  • 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Financial Analyst in Fintech, Tech, or Financial Services.
  • Valid CPA license.
  • Proficiency with US GAAP and Salesforce.
  • Must be based in New York, NY to adhere to the hybrid office policy.
