What you will do

• Own product design for a specific squad and advocate for world-class user experiences.
• Research and map complex user workflows to create intuitive and highly functional solutions.
• Leverage AI tools throughout the design workflow to accelerate research synthesis and prototyping.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define problems and vet technical feasibility.
• Ensure a unified experience and cohesive information architecture across the entire product platform.
• Contribute to the growth of the design team by improving processes, tools, and collaborative frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience structuring data-heavy environments and mapping low-friction user journeys.
• Practical experience using AI tools to increase design and research velocity.
• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong delivery mindset with a focus on the end-to-end development cycle.
• Must be based in the US and have valid work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
