What you will do

• Execute and oversee complex pricing work and manage the daily workload and prioritization of the pricing function.
• Establish pricing standards, governance, and review processes to ensure consistency and margin discipline.
• Develop pricing models to estimate product and portfolio profitability using large data sets and pricing assumptions.
• Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and internal KPIs to evolve pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with product teams and senior leadership to determine differentiated pricing strategies to support sales growth.
• Supervise, coach, and develop pricing analysts through hands-on review of analyses and participation in high-impact deals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in pricing or financial analysis.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability in leading, coaching, and developing analysts in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience handling large data sets.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Apttus, Power BI, or other Business Intelligence and CPQ tools.
